Virtual training is done via Skype sessions where you are provided with ongoing weekly coaching and a personalized exercise plan for you. We design an exercise plan based on your goals and needs and you follow you exercise prescription on your own. You are given videos to follow and ongoing support and encouragement. We make sure you get to where you want to be and enjoy the journey!
